StratosIQ reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be published at this URL with the date of last update. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

1. Who We Are

2. Service Description

StratosIQ is a quantitative analysis model. It applies mathematical algorithms to publicly available market data and produces numerical scores and related data displays. The service currently includes the following model outputs:

• Patrol — Systematic scoring of options contracts using liquidity, premium, and risk variables.
• Strike — Event-window contract scoring around earnings using implied-volatility and related market inputs.
• Recon — Fundamental value and quality scoring based on publicly available financial data.

StratosIQ does not execute trades, manage portfolios, hold client funds, or operate as a brokerage.

3. No Financial Advice — No Recommendations

StratosIQ is not investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a personalised recommendation of any kind. Model outputs are numerical scores derived from mathematical algorithms applied to publicly available data. They do not take into account your individual financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions. No model output should be interpreted as an instruction, suggestion, or encouragement to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any security or financial instrument.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Access to certain model outputs may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms:

• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period (monthly or annual, as selected).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• We may change pricing with at least [30] days' notice before the next renewal date. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access until the outstanding amount is collected.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

Your subscription grants a single-user, non-transferable licence to access StratosIQ. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or otherwise make available any model outputs, scores, or content generated by StratosIQ to any third party, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise. Each subscription is for your personal use only.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

However, because the StratosIQ service provides immediate access to digital content (model outputs and data displays), you may be asked to expressly consent to the service beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once full performance of the service has begun.

[This mechanism must be reviewed and approved by Danish counsel to ensure compliance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU before implementation.]

7. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may access and use model outputs for your own personal, non-commercial analysis. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, publish, syndicate, or share model outputs with third parties without our prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the service other than through interfaces we provide.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying algorithms or scoring methodologies.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Share your account credentials with any other person.
• Copy or extract model outputs for redistribution to third parties.
• Use the service to build a competing product or service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, model outputs, scoring methodologies, software, and branding are the property of [STRATOSIQ_ENTITY_NAME] or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view model outputs for personal use.

The scoring models, algorithms, weighting systems, and methodologies underlying StratosIQ's outputs constitute proprietary intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to or interest in the underlying models or methodologies. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the scoring logic from any outputs provided.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability. Scoring methodologies, thresholds, and model parameters may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

StratosIQ does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime. No refunds or credits are provided for service interruptions unless required by applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

• Publicly available market data used by the model may contain errors, omissions, or delays.
• No guarantee is made as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of model outputs.
• Past model scores do not predict future results. Historical examples, backtests, or prior score outcomes are not guarantees of future performance.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [STRATOSIQ_ENTITY_NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or [EUR 100], whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StratosIQ, its founders, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any trading decisions made in reliance on model outputs; or (d) your violation of any third party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a manner that could harm the service or other users. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of StratosIQ shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StratosIQ with respect to your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
