Model Disclaimer

StratosIQ reserves the right to update this Disclaimer at any time. The current version will always be published at this URL with the date of last update. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
1. What StratosIQ Is
StratosIQ is a quantitative analysis model. It applies mathematical algorithms to publicly available market data and produces numerical scores and related data displays.
The model processes publicly available inputs — including but not limited to option chain data, equity prices, implied volatility, earnings dates, and fundamental financial data — and outputs numerical scores that reflect the model's internal ranking methodology.
StratosIQ currently includes the following model outputs:
- Strike — Event-window contract scoring around earnings announcements using implied-volatility and related market inputs.
- Patrol — Systematic scoring of options contracts using liquidity, premium, and risk variables. ShieldIQ is an integrated risk-assessment component within Patrol.
- Recon — Fundamental value and quality scoring based on publicly available financial data.
2. What StratosIQ Is Not
StratosIQ is not any of the following:
- Investment advice
- Financial advice
- Tax, legal, or accounting advice
- Personalised recommendations
- A broker or dealer
- A portfolio management service
- A trade execution service
StratosIQ does not execute trades, manage positions, hold client funds, or operate as a brokerage or investment advisory service.
3. No Personalised Recommendations
Model outputs do not take into account your individual financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation, or existing holdings. No output from StratosIQ constitutes a personalised recommendation or suitability assessment.
4. How to Interpret Model Outputs
Numerical scores reflect the model's internal methodology only. A higher or lower score is a model-relative output — it is not an instruction, suggestion, or encouragement to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any security, derivative, or financial instrument.
Users must exercise their own independent judgement and, where appropriate, seek professional advice before making any trading or investment decisions.
5. Market Risk and Data Risk
The publicly available market data used by StratosIQ may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Markets can move materially and unpredictably. Model outputs are generated from data snapshots and may not reflect current market conditions at the time of viewing.
All model scores and outputs are generated using end-of-day (EOD) market data. Data is not real-time. Scores are typically published after market close and reflect closing prices and conditions. Intraday price movements are not reflected in published scores.
Model outputs are derived from data provided by third-party providers including ORATS (options data, implied volatility, Greeks) and Financial Modelling Prep (fundamental data). StratosIQ makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Errors or omissions in source data may affect model outputs.
6. No Performance Promise
Past model scores do not predict future results. Historical examples, backtests, prior score outcomes, or any displayed performance metrics are not guarantees of future performance. Actual outcomes may differ materially from historical patterns.
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions. You are responsible for independently verifying any data, score, or metric before acting on it. StratosIQ accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on model outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StratosIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses, arising from use of the platform or reliance on model outputs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Options Trading Risk
Options trading involves significant risk and is not appropriate for all users. Options contracts may expire worthless, resulting in total loss of premium paid. Certain strategies carry the risk of losses exceeding the initial premium received. Assignment risk, early exercise, and liquidity risk are inherent characteristics of options markets. Users should ensure they fully understand the risks of options trading before acting on any model output.
10. User Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
StratosIQ is intended for users who are of legal age in their jurisdiction and who have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the nature of quantitative model outputs and the risks of options trading. StratosIQ does not verify user eligibility. By accessing the platform, you represent that your use complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. StratosIQ makes no representation that the platform or its outputs are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
11. Regulatory Status
StratosIQ is not authorised or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or any other financial regulatory authority. StratosIQ does not hold any financial services licence. The platform is a quantitative data and analytics service only.
12. Products Covered
